Tom McQueen has served as a board-certified hospice chaplain, licensed marriage and family therapist, leadership advisor, and author of eleven books.

His best-selling book, Letters to Ethan: A Grandfather’s Legacy of Life & Love, received multiple literary awards and earned national recognition, including the Silver Angel Award presented by the Excellence in Media Foundation.

Throughout his career, Tom has advised leaders in healthcare, corporate ethics, government, education, and professional sports. He has collaborated with organizations such as BayCare Health System, Halifax Hospital, Gulf Power Company, and the Tampa Bay Rays. He has also served as a presidential advisor on core values and family culture and as an elected Fire Commissioner.

As a sought-after speaker, Tom has delivered keynotes and workshops across the United States and Canada, including engagements with the Disney Institute. He is the Founder and CEO of The Matthew25 Mission, Inc., serving the poor and homeless in the Tampa Bay area.
